Mr. Devinder Bath has been a practicing lawyer in India and has been providing his services for almost 10 years mainly in the area of Corporate, commercial and business laws to established and growing business houses. Agro Dutch Foods Ltd., Compact Disc India Ltd, Global Internet Services Ltd, Oriental Insurance Company, Punjab ESI Doctors Association have been few of the valuable clients to whom Mr. Bath has provided his services.
Mr. Bath migrated to Canada in 1997. He has worked in the field of Information and Technology for about 6 years both on the technical and business side and has been involved in some multimillion projects of renowned North American companies. Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aviva, Canada life, Bell Expressvue and CGI are few to name.
Mr. Bath has a Five Years Integrated Bachelors Degree in Arts and Law from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab, India. Has a post Graduate Diploma in Personal and Industrial Relations from DAV College Chandigarh, India. He has a Diploma in Information Technology from DEVRY , Ontario, Canada.
Mr. Bath has been called to the Bar in January of 2007.
Mr. Bath has been a member of Punjab & Haryana High Court Bar Association and is currently a member of Ontario Bar Association and Canadian Bar Association.
